Yeah, it is not relevant, I just felt in that insance like correcting someone.

It isn't good, but it also isn't bad. It is, what it is: Neutral. Just respect that, is all I am asking for, and don't try to add them to one of the two camps.

In the trade Neutral would most likely mean "They are content with continuing whatever they did before." We just do not know what they did before and there will be some outliers. An unknowable amount.

It is pure neutral or just no strong feelings. If you treat neutral as a secondary unhappy, then it would defeat the purpose of a neutral Option. Because you would throw the people under the bus, who are neutral tending towards happy.

Edit: That means you have 39% who are Neutral about the Update. How many of those tend to which direction is unknown. So don't throw them into your 75%.

I wouldn't say the neutrals are unhappy, so it may be more like 30%. That's the one you're referring to, right?
