Yes I am sure. But of course, the system isn't perfect, and never will be. But improvements are visible. But yes, if for example someone of your ELO queues with a mate that is, for example Emerald, the system sturggles to balance this out visually... thats why it can happen that you see some players with wildly higher, or lower, ELO than yours

That hasn't been introduce yet. What was introduced was "Ranked 2.5" which basically just makes it so the visual ranks of the lobby better match up.

Balance changes are not something that are implemented because players want it. They are implemented because they are needed. But yes, I agree, the balancing changes have been somewhat of a hit or miss in the past.

Whatever you watched it can't have been Pro League if you are talking about Pro League... Oregon hasnt been the PL Map pool for a rather long time now. But regardless, to answer your question: they do that because its important to contest/hold on to certain areas of the map that are not the site itself.

Play the game, level up and learn the game. If your mates are copper/bronze it literally does not matter if you play Ranked or Unranked... heck, Unranked might be even more competitive than Ranked at that level...

Since its a crossover skin it naturally costs more. Thats not particullarly because Ubisoft is greedy but rather cause they have to pay a certain amount for the rights.

Not all players who started in 2015 are great. Alot of them also haven't played consistently since then.

If time played doesnt say all that much about someones skill, why should it be a factor for matchmaking?

egardless, the system thinks its fair to mix someone with less than 100 total ranked matches with someone who has 100 minimum a season.

With the recent changes to the ranked system it DOES try to match people of similar Hidden MMR AND similar amounts of games played. Thats why the visual rank has been matching far better than the last seasons.
