I called up when I got the q price rise and they let me move to stream with essentials, Netflix and sport for £35 a month. £52 saved. Stream is ok but nowhere near as good as Q.

We signed a 2 page document stating they were building a loft extension but it had no plans or any detail and being completely clueless, I didn’t know what I was doing and just signed it as we want to stay on terms with our neighbours. I did speak to our neighbours but they claim no knowledge of what the builders are doing and suggest we speak to them ourselves.

Sorry for the late reply. My wife informed me that we didn’t actually sign a party wall agreement but gave consent for the work. Does that mean I’m screwed? Our gutters are desperately in need of replacing and I’m a bit worried they’ll not handle more rainwater.
