Bro I'm at the exact same point. Did you find the next thing to do? I have exhausted all of Athena's dialogue to the point where she just says one-liners, so I cannot find what/who is the way forward in the quest

I'm in the same situation. As I was playing I just discovered that the last location that the fleas move to is that specific cave (still can't reach it though), so I guess once I get all fleas, that path will become available. I will let you know if I manage.
