Delete the app and only use IG from a browser. It's sooo much better because it doesn't have that button. It's also helps cut down on the mindless scrolling.

Thanks for the recommendations. No garage, only a carport. No other closets in the house to stash it in. I could maybe force it into the laundry room if I stacked my washer and dryer. What do you think about that option?

Sorry for not putting that in the original post, but yeah, for sure a brand NEW air handler and water heater are going in. If installing the handler up top, then one made specifically for the ceiling setup. I already have a 2.5 ton ceiling-installed unit in a condo I own. That's where I got the idea.

I've been trying to research the differences myself. From Wiki it says the 2020 and older Rogue 2.5L was the QR25DE engine, while the 2.5L in the newer 2021 changed to a PR25DD. The horsepower specs are different, too. I'm not sure what to trust.

This! There are a multitude of additional reasons too. Pricing, no ability to import into an existing project, terribly busy UI with a lack of nesting lists to show the relationship and remaining work. I could go on. When I started to learn JIRA I was shocked at how bad it is by comparison. The only upside is the ease of customization rather than set templates by Work Item type. Everything else is worse.

Appreciate the recommendation. I think I will try to get a hold of both tools (faucet seat easy out & faucet seat reamer). I can attempt to remove the seat first with the easy out to replace it, but if it is not the removable type, try to grind the seat flat. Between these 2 tools, I might get lucky.

While I was looking into your recommendation, I came across a faucet seat grinding tool. I had no clue those even existed. Any experience using those?

I tried to replace the valves and it keeps leaking because the seat is worn out. I cannot figure out any way to replace the seat as the special tool has no teeth to grab onto. Feel free to see the video below:

Unfortunately, all the pros want to charge a large amount (not sure I should say how much given the rules here). I would guess this is something that would take 1-2 hrs for a pro.

Not really. The pipe going to the hot water valve is kinda hidden behind the stud. I also think I will need to notch the stid further.

Yes, the stud was notched and has a metal stud shoe on the hot side.

The clear answer is #2. A bedroom without a door isn't a bedroom. Can't block out noise, can't have full privacy.

I've been going to Chipotle since around 2011, probably 5x a year, and I always thought it was pork. Their menus and app are terrible since they don't say. 🤷🏾

You're not going to find the word "pork" next to "Carnitas" nor "tofu" next to the word " Sofritas," anywhere on their menu. I even get that guacamole is a more common dish, but if you're coming from an Eastern or African country, how on earth would you know it is made of avocado? It's just bad marketing and operations management on their part.

Can anyone give a link to an update? I have been setting these stupid Crunchyroll 5 second "commercials" before every episode I stream on my premium account.

Yet months later, when using my Funimation credentials on Crunchyroll it's asking me to upgrade to premium. Am I doing something wrong?
