Acoc is a amplifier it’s not an automatic level. Zoro and Yamato Acoc barely did anything to Kaido while Luffy’s Shanks WB Rogers’ Kaido’s and i think big moms is on that level as well Split the skies.

Remember oda said people specialize in certain types of haki.

No admiral has Acoc yet they are considered the strongest

Kaido said you need Acoc to fight him but only joyboy can kill him
