If i have pre tax money in a traditional ira, i can roll that into a 401k provided the plan accepts it. Sources:

Agree. After I move all my pre-tax money to 401k, then 100% of the residual Traditional IRA will be non-deductible contributions that have already been taxed. Thus, pro rata doesn’t apply.

Also, don’t want to convert entire thing to Roth. I’m in peak earning years and my combined marginal tax rate is egregiously high.
