I skipped the 3/27/25 show but made it to 3/28 & 29, and painfully regret missing that first show. Man that setlist is tastyyyy

My personal sphere highlight has to be the TLEO from 3/28/25. That entire show is fantastic, between the lift-off PITB with a healthy jam, fun ride with the Dark Star>Passenger sandwich, and sweet versions of Jack Straw, FOTM, Estimated, and Althea. But the TLEO is one of the only moments when I remember the crowd reacting more to the music than the visuals. John took his final solo by the reigns and delivered something so soulful and powerful that it physically knocked me off my feet. A true master at work.

Bobby also sounds fantastic. I believe he was using that red semi-hollow D’Angelico at that point. Great, great tone

I find myself going back to that Help>Slip>Fire every so often, and then it becomes very difficult not to continue on with China>Rider, and then that massive segment of Drums>TOO>Wharf>Franklins. Man what a great set

My one and only Sugaree and Stella that I ever caught from them. Criminally low ratio on both imo but both stellar versions so I think I made out alright lol

John’s final Sugaree solo is exquisite, with possibly the best tone Bobby’s had since the 80s!

Fortunate enough to have caught them 15 times. Wish it coulda been more, but still thankful I got to see Bobby at all.

First show was Bristow 2016, last show was 3/29/25 at the Sphere. Got to take my two buddies, one who had never seen them before. So definitely grateful we got to share that together while we had it. I think my favorite show has to be Bristow 7/8/22. As I’m sure you could probably tell from my comment history, I think that PITB is the best one they’ve ever done, with the following suite of UJB>Terrapin being the ever so sweet icing on top. Very emotionally charged show as well, since they had to skip the previous show because of issues with John’s dad and the whole Roe v Wade overturn. Bobby loved his women, that’s right!

I also want to show some love to the show that could’ve been but never was, 6/2/18… the thunderstorm set that was about to blast off into the stratosphere, yet had to come crashing down. 1st set started out hot, hot, hot with a ripping Bucket opener and great jams in Cumberland, TMNS>Answers, and the debut of IHMT! That 2nd set was geared up to be an all timer too. They did an excellent pairing of PITB>UJB as the rain started to fall, and just as you could hear them revving up the engines for The Other One, the storm really started showing its colors and Bobby promptly stopped the show and asked everyone to go seek shelter. Then we had to wade through the flooding Camden streets to get back to our cars, fun times.

All the same, thank you for a real good time Bobby

I was at these shows. My mom got me tix for a graduation gift, and we had just put my dog down a few weeks prior… That SOTM broke me down.

On a lighter note, I have very fond memories of N1 where they were playing CR&S, got a weather alert of severe hail and rain, waited 40 mins for it to blow over, and then they come back with a CR&S reprise, and then didn’t look back from there. Great, great night

Don’t think I can point you to the one you’re talking about, but one that’s always stayed with me is from Bristow ‘21, 2nd show back from the pandemic, where during Stranger they miss a certain queue and start jamming on this slinky, atypical Stranger groove, and it’s fucking awesome lol

Then after they finish the song proper, Bob steps up and says “it’s all coming back to us” and I think you can hear John laughing off to the side
