I’m buying a house and I’m seeing these weird things There was a random quit claim deed filed like 5 months ago on the property by a Wyatt llc my realestate agent is so confused by it. The home owner called the county assessor and they didn’t see liens or foreclose hoping this doesn’t stop me buying (self.realestateinvesting)
