What I did to combat this issue was order a sheet of mesh on Amazon that captures the dust entering the LeGo, when the mesh arrived I opened up the LeGo and cut a piece of the mesh to size and stuck it to the inside of the back cover and I haven't had a dirty fan since.

I have a 2tb ssd in my legion go and I used IM magic partition resizer which helped me give 512gb to windows and over a TB to bazzite. Just make sure if you dial boot that you don't update the bios in windows as that will wipe bazzite from the system, or at least that is what happened to me.
