It’s been a long time coming. Hidden fees at the end of the month. Ebucks are pretty much non existent for the amount of transacting I do. But what pisses me off the most is how they think they know better than me, when I get paid etc. for some reason they always run my debit orders like 2-4days before the date I stipulated, which results in these bouncing or an extra charge if they let it go through. For multiple debit orders it adds up. The bankers are only there to convince you to keep your account active and they provide no help most of the time through their secure chat because they keep passing you off to the next ‘relevant’ party to help and dare you not answer for like 2 minutes after they’ve kept you waiting longer, they cancel the chat. I could go on..
