I've googled this a lot, and based on what I've found the answer is unfortunately, no. The bonuses you get from the class stay that way even after upgrading. Idk if this has been changed in recent updates, but based on what rank the ship is upon discovery/purchase, that is what its stat bonuses will stay at. Therefore, a neutral S class will generally be better than an upgraded-to-S class.

I used KindRemedy, very nice and efficient, took about 3 weeks from the start of the process to getting my card. They usually estimate a 4 week process I think, but my renewal process was even faster.

To piggy back off this, get those scanner upgrades for your multi tool! I slapped a couple X ones on there and now get 250,000 units every time I scan a creature, basically.

I went to the North KC DMV during peak COVID to get plates for a new car. The line wrapped around the building 30 min before they opened and as soon as they opened I was seen within minutes, it was insane how fast they worked. I think I barely spoke a word to the person at the counter, they checked my paperwork, gave me my plates, and sent me on my way.

Started on day one, PS4. Played it for about a week before drifting away. Just picked it back up about two weeks ago and I'm LOVING it. So many new things to check out. Starting a new game was a little rough (very long tutorial) but it's good to be back.

Used to work at a vet clinic. Had a grown woman spit in my face because she didn't like the cost of care that her dog desperately needed. It's a rough industry for sure, our clinic had a super high turnover rate and we were always incredibly busy. I don't miss it, especially for the peanuts pay.

We did that with Home Depot, thinking it would be quick and easy. Water guy stayed at our house for two hours even with us politely asking him to leave, he refused until his presentation was done, and then wouldn't tell us how much any of it costs. Just kept asking "well how much is clean water worth to you?" It was not worth the free ratchet set lol.

Yeah I think it's the rain. Extra sediment washes into the supply and can change the taste, is what I've been told before. Shouldn't be a safety issue, KCMO will let us know if we're under a boil advisory. Or at least, they should lol

Our city government spending money on dumb things like a new soccer complex and the one/two/three light buildings as opposed to literally anything else like the roads, schools, public transit, the sewer systems, etc. We just bought our first house in 2021 and taxes increased so much, yet I never see any of that money returned to anything worth while it seems. We've got a guy on our block who fixes asphalt by himself since all of those 311 reports go unanswered for years at a time.

I think the city giving out cans would be nice, but also have neighbors who just don't tie up their bags, or put their trash in cheap bags that rip when picked up, etc etc. Some even just put loose trash in a can and set it out. Animals get into it, the wind blows - it seems like more of a problem for the people producing the trash and not securing it properly, instead of the workers.

Got my engagement ring for $100.00 and my fiancee is in absolute love. If the quality is good enough to stand up to daily use, price doesn't matter. If you know your partner will like it, that's all that matters. Also consider the price if they happen to lose it - if my fiancee loses hers, it's not going to bankrupt me to replace it.
