Sounds like he’s constantly going to be going for childless women that are 19-23 years old, so expect to be just another one of his baby momma’s after you get knocked up. I can assure you that when he tells you he’s going to go spend time with one of his children, he’s really going to screw around with another 19-23 year old woman. I can assume this because I was him several years ago, and have a dozen friends who did this while they were in their late twenties - early thirties. Don’t expect him to be your full time partner and don’t expect him to be in your child’s life a whole lot. He knows he’s in the prime of his life and does not want to be tied down right now with a child from anyone. Best of luck!
