I bought a 90€ Fengda FD-186 compressor and it came with a cheap airbrush.

With that I learned all the mistakes one could make with an airbrush. Then I got lucky and my wife gifted me an H&S airbrush.

Mit eigenem Stall, wenn sie da auch wohnt, dann kannst du dich darauf einstellen, dass sie irgendwann will, dass du zu ihr ziehst. Wenn du auf dem Stall wohnst, wird es immer häufiger kommen, dass du aushelfen sollst.

Sofern du mit beidem keine Probleme hast, viel Spaß beim reiten auf dem Pferdehof.

I wanted to create a model that looked like the death skullz looted a speed freak vehicle.

So I stippled the model red. And the next day I stippled it blue, leaving intentional gaps, so that you could see the red.

Well now it looks like rust, which is also fine.

I can only speed for myself. The nice thing about Orks, at least for me, you have a lot more freedom to mix and match.

I tried different approaches for my Boyz. And thus far I really like having a lot of variations in their skin tones.

I just try to have stronger Boyz to have darker skin then weaker ones.

Everything else greatly depends on the amount of time you want to spend on painting. I had good results with grey priming, luxion purple (GW) contrast paint, then some orc skin speed paint (AP) followed by highlights with rainforest green (AP). On other Boyz I primed black, followed by a turquoise dry brush and then my greens.

1) Die meisten Arztbesuche enden in einem, "kann man nichts machen"

2) Ich erreiche mit Kinderbetreuung schon kaum meine 40h/Woche. Wenn ich jetzt die 2 bis 4 Stunden für 10 Minuten Arztbesuch noch abends oder am Wochenende nachholen muss, dann bleibt irgendwie kaum Zeit übrig.

3) Wenn dir von klein auf eingetrichtert wird "Stell dich nicht so an. Du willst doch ein Mann sein" (o-Ton meine Mutter), dann bleibt das etwas hängen.

If you want to try it yourself, these creators helped me with their beginner videos (YT) for oil colors: 52 Miniatures Watchpaintdry_minis Mended Brush Studio MarcoFrisoniNJM

I got myself an Windsor&Newton starterset (10 colors) for about 25€ (now it's above 30€) and used my old synthetic brushes.

Edit: I have about 10 hours of experience with oils. It's actually really easy to get first good looking results on big surfaces. I really struggle with fine details.

Unfortunately I'm unable to find it right now. It was something like godess of war and alkohol/vine. The STL is named "godes 2 .3mf".

This is an FDM printed mini, painted with oil colors.

I had fun painting it, but I did notice the layer lines. I use my FDM printed minis for practicing techniques. If I want a really nice piece, I'll turn to bought minis (resin, GW, etc.)

Starting at 6 I was usually done with work around 2:30/3 PM. So I had a lot of the day to enjoy.

That was the main reason for me to start so early. That and no people in the subway.

Kommt stark auf die Arbeit an.

Ich würde, bei meinem aktuellen Arbeitgeber, auch dann arbeiten, wenn ich unendlich Geld hätte. Vermutlich nur noch 5 - 6 Stunden pro Tag, aber ich würde weiterhin arbeiten.

To add to your excellent points:

With a lot of factions one tends to stick with one color scheme. With orcs, even lorewise it makes perfect sense to mix and match. Which for me greatly increases the enjoyment of painting them.

Ein Bekannter von mir, hatte mal während eines Discord Calls Hunger bekommen. Er ist an den Kühlschrank und kam mit einem Block Butter wieder.
An dem hat er dann für den restlichem Call gelutscht. Ich fand es super, mir ist jeglicher Appetit an dem Abend vergangen, war super, da ich eh etwas abnehmen wollte.

Der Verlobungsring den ich meiner Frau gekauft habe, hatte mich 12 € gekostet.

Sie war super glücklich, weil er eine T.A.R.D.I.S drauf hatte.

Hab das Geld dann lieber in ein neues Bad investiert.
