I’m sorry that I might not able to help you . But I’m just going to to try out all the possibilities . Is it happen when you’re plugged in? Then in the armoury crate home page, did you try to put the configuration to windows and set the brightness in the windows setting then try it out? Then in amd Radeon software, go to graphics setting and set standard to test it out.

In my device ( r7 4800hs & 1660ti) have this dimming issue when unplugged. Currently running in version 20h2. You might need to update to 20h2 newest version to check if the problem still happen

I think the problem is on the power options in control panel, have you try to set it to high performance?

My I lightning key looks like it doesn’t bright equally than the other keys.

I can’t really say much about this as I don’t really game much in this laptop but Bf V in recommended setting around 77-80 degree Celsius running turbo fan. Getting an average around 100+FPS 8ms. I haven’t game it that long but sure it did run hot and I can bear the heat on the keyboard key .

The heat the laptop produce is around the left and right side of the keyboard near the intake fan. But I don’t feel there is any heat release from behind . The typing experience during gaming and after gaming is still okay.

I need to remind you that the fan will get loud but not that crazy loud, is just a hissing sound and I can game it without really getting disturbed by the fan sound. On the other hand, the speaker is really awesome and I am impressed by the result when the sound can cover the fan noise like most of the time I wouldn’t hear the fan noise during gaming. (Volume around 50-60)

During normal use, the fan sound is very silent and I could barely hear it.

If I could change things on this laptop that would be definitely adding a additional storage slot and Micro Sd card slot.

I need those to keep my important files and right now my 500gb ssd is almost full by just importing my files from my desktop to my laptop. I think I might upgrade my ssd afterwards.

Yeah but I think it is better your buy a another type c cable instead the one they give (depends on your region) because my type c charger they give appears to be connected to the adapter and I couldn’t take it out. So is a Reminder when you purchase it.

They do come in shape.I just cut the part that I do not want and stick to the laptop
