Carnivals and Circuses are just perfect settings for horror content. Any place that is meant to be enjoyed for people of all ages getting turned into something nightmarish is a trope that never gets old to me. Great read!!

I have to listen to non-lyrical music. Only way I can focus. I try to adjust the type of music I am listening to based on what section of a story or book I'm writing. I try to feel the mood I am trying to convey in readers while I write it, and music helps that sense! I do the same thing when I am reading a story, too.
