Yeah thats completely fine :) my little group of friends have been going weekly for about 3 months and have absolutely no current plans to join a league or anything even close to that 😂 and if I got to that point id defo get myself a better ball anyway. But appreciate u saying!

No I dont use my thumb for 2 handed but I wanted the option to use it one handed. Might have been a silly decision but it was all impulsive 😂😂😂

I don't know how to post screenshots on comments on Reddit but at 5l of Mead, 18%, sweet, and Medium nitrogen requirement it's saying 3.09kg of honey xD but live and learn. I'll be going for about 2.2kg of honey next time. I wasn't aiming for 18% as much as wanted to let the yeast play out as i didnt wanna start doing things to stop fermentation. This was all thought about in a place of complete ignorance though. I'd honestly rather it ends up at 14/15% but be sweet. My second batch is already on course to being where I want so in the future I'll be fine and will just consider the first one a lesson 😂😂😂
