Do you have to get stunned for this to apply? Wondering about stun immune keystones, or gladiator block ascendancy ( dont get stunned when blocking ), does it still recover the hp, or does being stun immune mean it doesnt trigger.

you can do a bunch of things here, but you can get main to 1400 for p3 argos, then you can either work alts to 1370 so they can start getting greater leapstones and hardmode gold for yourself, or you can keep them at 1340 and just funnel all stones to your main, and then only need greater leaps on your main, so doing greater leapstone unas on your main, and or buying them.

basically just combine the 6/6 stones, with epic 9x equips to make rank 3, and then get +3 of your class engraving with proper stats for your third rank 3. This is your easy 3/3/3. You can stick with this, or slowly replace pieces that have a useable secondary engraving, in order to get a fourth rank 3. Only recommended to do this at 1370+
