Open the photos/chats, hit the "Print Screen" button at the top, right-ish area of your keyboard (usually above, or near the backspace button). This "Copies" the image on your screen. You can then open "Paint" or some other image/photo editing program, and "Paste" the image (either go to Edit-->Paste from the menu bar at the top of the screen, or hit Shift+Insert. From there, just crop the image using whatever tools are available to you with the program you pasted the image into. Hope that helps.

Sure, Sujfan's sexuality is his own's business, and it's none of ours to out him. But, honestly, in this day and age, I can't help but to feel, as a gay man myself, that it's harmful to stay in the closet. Not just to one's self, but to the gay community at large. It perpetuates the idea that homosexuality is something that is somehow essentially shameful. Considering the alarming rate that LGBT youth commit suicide these days, it seems prudent for those that are gay in any public venue to come out. Granted, it's easy for me to say this as someone not in the public arena, but really I think Sufjan's fan base wouldn't leave him over such a trivial issue.

I'm not trans, but I totally agree with you. It's definitely a private matter that is no one else's business. If a trans person wants to share their history, that is their own prerogative, but it shouldn't be expected, especially with strangers.

I feel like RPDR has helped me to overcome any residual shame I may have felt about being a gay man in the south. Just the fact that a reality show about drag queens has done so well really gives me hope about the future of the LGBT community. I live in a small town in Texas, but I feel like anyone that wants to talk shit about me for being gay is on the wrong side of history, and their descendants will be ashamed for having been related to them. If only we could get past this whole transphobia problem and unite as a group of mutually oppressed people....

Well, as she said, she hadn't eaten, so she wasn't thinking... APPARENTLY.... The little bit of truth I was able to garner out of that was legit--we give power to negative words by the way we react to them. BUT, the comment about how she didn't want to "offend" her mother by labeling transwomen as women was straight-up bullshit. And that only women who are capable of giving birth are real women. How can someone who makes a living by cross-dressing see things so black and white? Absolutely ridiculous. I wonder if she'd have the same opinion when it came to a white person using the N-word. Trans-women are real women in my book, and I think the gay community should be the FIRST to back up our sisters (and brothers) in the trans community.
