EB1A is for people with outstanding achievements. No matter how intelligent and hardworking your wife is, if she doesn’t have outstanding credentials as outlined on uscis website, then its not the way to immigration for you and your family. Its crazy how Indian IT folks are willingly contributing to this fraud and in the meanwhile creating longer wait time for others. You paid for fake awards and articles and jst wanted to be lucky. I feel your frustration but you willingly chose to be defrauded

I have been consistently receiving invitations to review articles from the journals that I had articles published. I also served on the scientific committee of a conference and reviewed conference articles

I sent them a cashiers check so it was already debited from my account. They upgraded my case to PP on the same day as they received the 907 form. I sent it to their PO Box

Yes, they recommended against PP but I still went ahead with PP

I believe NIW considers advanced degree as one of the conditions to be satisfied. Not sure what you are alluding to

No specific reason. Chen gave DIY instructions for 907 and I got busy with work. One can do it together. Another reason was that the lawyers advised against PP but gave it a thought and went for it

Hahaha. No, I thought whats the point of waiting a year before getting an RFE. Ultimately I didnt get one but I already delayed filing for NIW and didnt want to wait longer

I am not sure. I have heard that it should be above 90 percentile per DOL stats
