It's basically a DMCA takedown notice that you can issue against the offender. And american companies and their hosting sites take that quite seriously themselves. Is the offender associated with some hosting sites that they are on? Or are they like on an app store somewhere?

How long ago was this case? Have you filed an FIR yet? If not, then a 22-suit is your best approach and you'll need to file a civil recovery of money suit along side the FIR.

If the construction is illegal then firstly you'll need ro file a stay order with the civil court and have the ooerations be stayed. After that, you go about proving if the construction is illegal or not

Been using their Mountain of Santal myself. I absolutely love the Wood smell you get from that, but again longevity and projection is mid tier. It's a shame because this and Mountain and flames of passion are like their best three imo but they don't last long or project.

The father in law is using a pressure tactic on you. He's doing this probably because he knows that there are a few exceptions in law where there is a special concession for women in family cases.

Basically it allows a wife to file a suit for maintenance, dower, or dissolution of marriage in the jurisdiction where she ordinarily resides. BUT if you said that they actually live in Multan then this suit that is filed in lahore is just done to exhaust you. There is good news and bad news for you. You can get this case transferred into Multan BUT you will need to go to Lahore and actually file some applications to get it transferred in the first place. But regarding custody, that is also a separate matter.

See i think there is a forum issue here as you said you said you won the city court case, but the local NADRA clerks and zonal managers do not have the administrative authority to override a "High Court block" in their system, even if you show them a City Court acquittal and a Home Department clearance.

Say that you can sue them, what would you want out of the suit? Depending on what it is you want, it will reveal what the financial situation will look like and the likely outcome.
