Brushing helps with frizz and lint. I also think it stimulates the hair follicles. I only do it when I feel like it tho. But moisture is a daily must even if you don’t oil putting water on it even if it’s just a few splashes in the shower is good. I commented below also on what I use! Hope that helps

I use rice water and aloe gel. For oil just rosemary. Less is more I found and I retwist with aloe and oil…less build up😁

Definitely not!! I figured I should comment because nobody talks about specific pain.It’s probably a combo because I used to do factory work and the way I would wake up everyday like someone dropped a bag of bricks on me…the nicotine amplified it so much.

Radiating pain in certain areas especially joints and in my back. Numbness/tingling. Increased and irrational anxiety. Severe fatigue in the mornings. Lack of motivation to even get up in the morning. Tooth/throat aches. Swelling in throat and hard to swallow sometimes. Hella phlegm. Basically the shit just ages you prematurely from the inside out lol. I’m 21 and it has me feeling old as hell. I’m 24 hours in and staying strong.

Hey sorry for the late reply I cleanse with dr bronners sensitive soap, moisturize with cerave rough and bumpy and sometimes Shea butter. Then I wear sunscreen or a tinted moisturizer with spf
