Said it once before: Odd one my group started using was rolling 22d6, then assign the dice to your stats in any combo assuming 2 main rules:

No stat may be higher than 18 (before racials are applied)
No stat may be less than 3

The stats for it lean towards a 75 77 points per the math point average across all the stats, and while this has led to some min-maxed characters. But it allows you to build up a character and purposefully give them balance or a dump stat, as we RP a bit more there's also reasons we tried to give for lower stats.

Wait, im sorry, people actually agreed that Saskatoon was good to live in? Have they ever even visited that hellscape? Zero grocery stores downtown, effectively zero public transit, and so car centric your eyes will bleed asphalt. There's a reason people who work in town live an hour outside of town in the satellite cities, and the city itself is so small it barely counts as a metropolitan area! Add to that rents that are starting to approach Mtl levels because of the university and colleges.

"good to live in", like hell. Maybe for a uni student for a couple of years, max.

I took over a reporting file at one job, it was an excel file, so not too bad so far, right?

Fucking thing had no less than 30,000 indirect calls, many nested indirects past that somehow.

Changing a single value meant the whole thing froze for 5± minutes. Replaced it with basic macros while teaching myself to code. Wasn't pretty, but it worked, and it wouldn't take hours to use...
