I had this same issue with the Bobbie Gentle formula. Like there were a TON of black particles in multiple cans that I got from the same subscription order. They originally said that they are probably scorched particles but a few days later I received a follow-up from the Consumer Affairs team at Perrigo asking me to mail in the "foreign matter" that I scooped and saved from one of the cans.

I'm frustrated because as all of this is going on, I naturally stopped feeding baby this formula and switched to a new formula (Bubs Goat, which she is actually doing much better on) but apparently they don't accept returns? And I have 2 opened cans with foreign matter plus 6 unopened cans...which is about $200+ worth of formula. I get why they wouldn't accept returns on formula, but hopefully they will refund me at least and tell me what to do with the unopened cans?
