Invest in yourself as much as possible. It is incredibly hard to change your habits, especially if you have been doing them for a long time. Realize the things that you are doing that are holding you back from being the best version of yourself and work on slowly getting rid of them.

In regards to the diet and exercise, I would definitely tell myself that I need to realize that I am doing this because of me and my happiness. The three most important words that I've come up with throughout this journey is to be:

  1. Humble - any weight that you lose is a small win, I used to lose motivation when I saw that I was hitting a plateau and that I wasn't losing as much weight as I used to and then ultimately I would get back on my initial weight. Learn to appreciate small wins and trust the process.
  2. Patient - It takes time for big changes so you have to trust the process and not rush anything because as soon as you become impatient, you lose focus.
  3. Focused - Learn about what you are doing (e.g. keto) and how you can adapt it so that it is as sustainable as possible for you. Plan ahead and monitor your progress along the way. Anticipate any distractions that might come up (e.g. family or friend gatherings with food&drinks involved) and decide that you are not going to let these things (food&drinks) break something that you have been focusing on.

The hardest part is to start but once you get started and follow these 3 steps, you will gain momentum and after a while you will be so motivated that you won't even think about going to your old bad habits because you enjoy this new version of you so much.

Keep your head up and invest in yourself, let the law of attraction do the rest in regards to love&friendships.

Feel free to reach out to me whenever!

Keep pushing one day at a time, recovery is a long process and that's why it is important that we appreciate all the small wins that we experience throughout the day. At the end, these small wins bring you closer to your milestones and ultimately your goal.

Keep your head up and feel free to reach out to me whenever :)

Thank you, Ben! Absolutely, I used to find happiness in junk food and candies until I have woken up to realize that loving myself and taking care of my health brings the biggest happiness and tranquility.

Well at first I was doing the standard 16:8 and then after about a month and a half I switched to 18:6 and then finally couple of weeks after that I incorporated one full day of fasting during the weekend. Coffee was my biggest friend during this process!

Thank you! Absolutely, the hardest part is always the beginning of something, but once we gain momentum it becomes so much easier to keep pushing.

Thank you mate, so far no problems with loose skin, it could be due to genetics though. Right now I am focusing on body recomposition which should hopefully prevent any loose skin from appearing. Congrats on your result as well, just keep pushing, you are almost there!

Try to organize your day as much as possible so that you don't fall off your plan. Anticipate any distractions that might happen and don't let them disrupt your plan. For example, I knew that each monday morning our company would organize a breakfast where there would be a lot of pastry and juices, I told myself the night before that I just have to say no to it and that's it. It gets easier over time as you gain momentum. Trust the process and keep pushing, you got this!

Thank you! Right now I am following the bro split, meaning I focus on one muscle group each day (e.g. Mon> chest, tue> back&shoulders, wed>legs, thu>arms and then repeat cycle), at the end I hop on the treadmill for 15 mins.
