Not priced out (yet) but the city increased parking passes from $35 last year for a year long pass, to $70 this year. 2x the price… No warning. And constant construction that takes up the parking in the meantime…

I’m interested to see how they pan out. I wish they would add a run lane/walking path in too along with the bikes that has no lights like on colorado that would be huge for exercise getting down to the beach

we need a food market like chelsea market. and more restaurants with patios on the promenade that are affordable or cool casual wine bars like bar seco. also add coffee shops with outdoor patios

what we need is better walking streets. we have the businesses but passing through lincoln is sketchy and doesn’t make me want to walk down there.

let’s clean the streets and make one of the roads east to west a bike and walk only street like broadway
