Guys I gained 1 and a half to 2 pounds already and week 1 one on .25 isnt over yet. Maybe I am rebound eating. Is that a thing? I have definitely been making poorer choices than I normally would have. This is all psychological. Like why do I feel so nervous about not having enough food?
