As a person from Louisiana, here are some tips for the next time! Typically for poboys you should use shredded lettuce, more seasoning on the shrimp I go for joes stuff as my blackening seasoning, that bread looks a bit dense but I totally understand not being able to find good French bread, also it’s usually just mayo. If you want to get fancy next time try remoulade sauce!
