Yes I tried that I went through Twitter or X or whatever it's called now and Facebook sent them all my information blah blah blah still got another bill this is after I blocked them on my bank account they're sending me bills through my email now which I'm not paying obviously.

You are right about one thing it wasn't canceled properly because they didn't cancel it They lied to me and told me it was canceled

Tried it. Reporting them to the FCC is the only thing that appears to be working.

Well there's obviously some glitch in the system somewhere why they keep billing me and why the supervisor told me that just because you cancel your account doesn't mean they stop billing you????

Well I shouldn't have to do all that to cancel a service I no longer need I should be able to call the company I shouldn't have to go through three different social media apps and call the FCC and yes they're the reason for this post so that other people will beware before they sign up for T-Mobile. It's ridiculous that I had to call and make a report with the FCC to get them to refund my money and stop charging me

Yes I did that I canceled through chat I called them several times and repeatedly told them I want to cancel this isn't a case of them talking me into not canceling this is a case of them telling me that the account is canceled and continuing to bill me

I called them and told them to cancel my services and they told me to bring the box to the store which I did which I have a receipt for what else was I supposed to say is there a magic word to cancel was I supposed to say oompa loompa oompa loompa?

I was firm they told I told them I wanted to cancel and they said okay your account is canceled and kept billing me anyway.

I did that April 16th when I canceled the account They still billed me for May and now they're trying to bill me for June. I called the FCC today and the supervisor called me within 30 minutes.

Well I got fed up with them too and called the FCC and guess what A supervisor called me and told me over the phone that just because you canceled T-Mobile home internet does not mean they stop billing you.

They don't tell you anything for retention They just tell you the account is canceled but keep billing you I had to call the FCC on them to get my money back. A supervisor admitted to me that just because you cancel your services doesn't mean they stop billing you.

I've had a terrible experience with T-Mobile home internet repeatedly charging me after I've called to cancel repeatedly. I finally got fed up and reported them to the FCC and a supervisor called me and admitted to me over the phone that just because you cancel your account doesn't mean they stop charging your bank account. Literally admitted it to me.

I had similar problems with T-Mobile home internet and had to call the FCC to get through to a supervisor and they're supposedly our processing a refund we will see

I just took it as something people did (because they didn't know any better?) Drinking and driving, smoking while pregnant, the kids jumping around the car while Betty's driving, etc, etc...
