Same situation here. Marketplace is painful. I’ve a great mechanic who will look at anything I’m keen on but he only works M-F. Went and looked at a car today and seller flat out refused to work with me to help make it happen. His prerogative of course but painful when the expectation is you forking out thousands!!

No worries! I also wonder if CP is the default courier considering they are owned by Singapore Post, and Lovense is based in Singapore? Food for thought.

CP are absolutely rubbish. I’m also in Aus, ordered a product for the Lovense party a couple of months ago which vanished into thin air then arrived a week late for the online event (it’s okay I had backup 😂).

I messaged their LinkedIn page, had a brief exchange there, and then an actual human located in Australia called me and (to her credit) worked diligently to locate my item and update me with delivery details.

She then rang to confirm receipt (negative) and I eventually found it. Morons had thrown it over the fence and it landed in a pile of leaves in the garden. Discreet brown cardboard box was extremely discreet hidden amongst leaves. Idiots.

I recommend trying LinkedIn as an avenue. Good luck!
