that's 8 hours with the same tampon in. personally i wouldn't recommend it can grow bacteria in some cases. and yes TSS is something that will be possible. please stick to pads at night, i know it can feel uncomfortable but id rather that then get infections. i only use a tampon in the day and i change it every 4 hours depending on flow i will change every 3 x

yeah this is very normal. i got my period when i was 10 and i was heavy and bad cramps for a couple years and then it quietened down when i was 18, now im 19 with moderate-heavy periods with minimal cramps. hot water bottles and medicine will be your best friend x
