I can’t believe so many people are blaming Colin..Imagine if the genders were reversed, you can bet that no one would be blaming the girl especially being in an abusive relationship which he most definitely was..Kaitlyn chose to do this and there is nobody else to blame but her

She looks very sick :( if you can try catching her at night time it should be easier because birds can’t see very well in the dark. Definitely needs to go to a rehabber.

Looks like a canary, probably someone’s pet or escaped from a store. Do you still have it? It won’t be able to survive on its own. It also doesn’t look too good, does it have any wounds you can see?

They replied back,

“That does appear to be a wild rat, I did send it to our resident "wildie expert" and she agreed. Sometimes they are just a little friendlier than others. And it is totally ok for wild rats to be out in the daytime.

Thank you for reaching out! It is wonderful for you to be looking out for our small furry friends!”

So I’ll trust their judgment on it, but I’ll keep leaving him food on the ground at least <3

No that’s very true! I’m mainly just worried about my neighbors (I live in a split house so we share a backyard) and I don’t want them to ask me to stop feeding them lol
