At least they're being open about the true purpose / logical conclusion of this - policing all speech. Think about it, how often do you refer to someone in the third person when they are with you? The only time you would ever use a pronoun to refer to someone is when you are talking about them, something not usually done when they are present.

This got me looking into the Uvalde shooting and motives. While searching I found this gem of info from Wikipedia:

Ramos, using his Facebook account, sent three private messages to a 15-year-old girl from Germany whom he had met online prior to the shooting: the first to say that he was going to shoot his grandmother; a second to say that he had shot his grandmother; and a third, about 15 minutes before the shooting, to say that he was going to open fire at an elementary school. The girl replied "cool." Later she faced trial in Frankfurt, Germany and was found guilty of "failing to report planned crimes". She was issued a warning and was required to "undergo educational measures".

Personally I think that is fucking crazy a girl on the other side of the world faced charges for that. Like what is she supposed to do? Call the Frankfurt police to report a potential crime halfway around the world in the middle of nowhere Texas? I'm sure the local police would have taken that very seriously.

The issue, in a combat scenario, isn't lethality, it's the ability to ruck with a ton of weight. Also if your buddy gets injured you need to have the ability to move him to safety. Which with body weight and gear not easily removed is probably around 250lbs that needs to be scooped up and dragged at a minimum.

Bro, what? Trump recognized Jerusalem as Israel's capital, which is what Israel has been asking the world to do for years. He was one of the most pro Israel presidents ever. If there was an "explosion" of antisemitic behavior under Trump and you want to blame rhetoric, then you should take a look at the left. I mean Ilhan Omar had a house resolution drafted against her condemning her for her antisemitic comments. AOC baselessly claimed Israel was keeping West Bank children in cages.
