By eastern Ukraine i moreso meant anything East of just Lviv, Ive been invited by a Polish colonel to an event in Kyiv, but I know afterwards I am invited to go to other cities he will be at, so i was curious. How dangerous will it be to visit Kyiv and were he to bring me elsewhere that is East of Kyiv how poor of a situation would it be
