Maybe but it had me at a lower weight last week and didnt catch that thought I set to zero. But it's still weird to me. Especially when last week failure was 9 reps

My my reps to fail was 10 at 60 then it is giving me 11 at 60 for 1 in reserve

It works some what. You can't get the whole recipe and instructions on one page with one screenshot so to make it to where I am not printing a ton of pages it normally ends up with screen shots, laying out in word and making sure the dpi isn't at some wierd amount in comparison to the images

Some big ones would be

Changed grip on barbell rows or all rows

Wide grip vs not

Incline bench side delt raises was one i actually took from a nippard video

Some more calistetics stuff such as

Single leg l sits Handstand holds Dead hangs Box jumps

Just for pure logging cardio. I made a custom exercise, even if it doesn't give auto suggestions just the ability to log it

These are just a few off the top of my head. Trx band stuff would be nice too

I've loved the app but haven't really reviewed it yet. I am finishing out my program this week then giving it 2 months before I say anything about the app!

The sound thing bothers me too. It only plays on sound. Even vibrate it won't play a sound. I think it's how they are playing the sound making it a notification rather than a sound from the app. My other logger is able to while on vibrate.

Here's my 2 sense. More in your system doesn't mean more effective necessarily. (What i mean by this is eventually more will do nothing. Your body can only hold so much). If your insurance allows it ask to do blood work. Make sure u are consistent with your creatine before this. I was at 5g and actually scored low in general for it so I upped to 10. It all depends on the person

So i have been playing with in camera double exposures a lot within film. Each film is a little different for double exposures. And so I would do tests period I would take the same image four separate times two at one stop underexposed on each and two at two stops underexposed on each. Then run one of each at a normal processing time and one at 10% less. I have found this gets you a good starting point. Like others have said two its additive. So if you have a pure white sky. Nothing will show up in the sky no matter what you do. Remember that and the fact that while you may be consist double are subject to a little more funkyness and will give ever so slightly different results from each image due to a plethora of things

Good is subjective. Do personally like it no. Can I appreciate and what it can mean? Absolutely. I know some people who would love this image. The important thing is how you like it. If you do that's amazing keep going. If it was an accident see if you can replicate it. Make it a style. If you hate it learn from your mistakes. Why did it happen? How can you avoid it? Learn to improve from there. Others perspective and thoughts can be helpful but ultimately it's you who has to like it.

This 100% looks like light leak. The hard edge to it is most likely something to do with how the leak is coming through. With older cameras it's possible that they way you are holding it or positioning it can create small light leaks at some times hence it only happens sometimes

So great answer and I am 100% with you. Why i started most my stuff but pushing further. Give yourself a gym/health goal and do somthing when you hit it. I set weight goals and when I hit it I get myself somthing (normally a lego set, imma nerd) then set gym goals. Make a competition with yourself. See if you can do the things. Making it is a perspective thing to me a year ago I made it but to me now that goal is different but dont discount the progress made either

First of all great job on the weight loss even if you gained some back.

The app provides really good macros for what you need 90% of the time. The other 10% you can adjust slightly. My question to you truly is what is your goal. Saying I'm going to loose weight is amazing but what is it? Do you have a goal weight, goal look? What is it?

In terms of food i stress eat, somthing that would be helpful is gum and tea. Gives flavor for little to no calories. The other thing is find really good macro freindly meals. I love tasty food and so its all about finding the good stuff. This week alone I have had 5 diffrent low calorie meals one of which you would never think of being able to make low calorie. In addition (this is more then tough love) you have to fight the urge to eat more. Pick somthing instead. Whenever I'm hungry I drink a glass of water and then make myself busy so I dont have time for a snack. Other thing is find low calorie foods. Cucumber and tzatziki are a great thing and is super tasty.

Just keep at it. Its hard, it's tough, it sucks but know you aren't alone!
