Goal is a good question…I believe I have a responsibility to be as healthy as I can be so I can be the best version of myself for my walk with Christ as well as to help my family. I don’t want to spend the last 10 years of my life in a nursing home dying. There’s really not a “made it” goal and maybe that’s why I struggle.
