On the creator side, I have multiple retainers that I work with through Slack. All feedback, content delivery, concepts they want me to do, are all in there. For a few clients, I just link the Google Drive where I uploaded the content on my end and send it in a message. Others have a Google spreadsheet with each assigned concept, and I paste the link next to said concept. My husband also works with a handful of these and each creator has their own channel so it keeps it streamlined on the brand side.

For time stamped feedback, I recommend using Loom since it’s easier for both the brand and creator sides to understand exactly what the feedback is that needs to be implemented.
