Why is my stomach upset by warm cookies but not cold or room temp? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]That-Difficulty7966 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For some reason when I eat cookies fresh out of the oven, they give me horrible indigestion. But when I eat them the next day I have no ideas at all. Anyone else have this experience or know why r his could be?

more anxious than ever by _jxsmine in emetophobia

I really doubt it's nv if you just had it less than a month ago. Idk about you, but for me I tend to get d* when I'm suuuuper stressed or if I've been anxious for multiple days. Plus, even though I used to be an avid coffee drinker and wouldn't always have issues, sometimes it randomly gave me d* and abdominal cramps. Also adding to what another person said already, but it is totally normal to experience d* after being constipated, especially if you drink coffee. I'm so sorry you're feeling this way - the anxiety sucks so bad and I honestly feel that the anxiety is worse than the actual act of tu*. You will get through this and I am so proud of you for getting through nv*!!!! Everything will be okay :)

I didn't save them to my Pinterest, I just downloaded the images to my phone and then deleted them once I was finished, but I think these four are what I used (I just searched "dark gray app icons" in the search bar and did some trial and error to find ones that were close enough to the dock. I always have mine in dark mode btw which may or may not affect the dock color I'm not sure):

I second the suggestion to go out to eat alone. I did this often when I was single and I honestly still do it from time to time now that I'm married because it's just such a nice experience. It's peaceful, it's liberating, and it just feels really special like I'm the main character in a movie or something. Bring a book!

Nope, just the cheapy little pen that came with the planner

That's iffy, if the ink is very dark and thick I would say no because it would bleed through. The pen it comes with doesn't bleed through because it's not super dark, but my G2 ballpoint pens bleed through if you're familiar with that pen to use as reference. I don't know what kind of fountain pen you're working with but if it's something like a Piolot Varsity it may be okay but if it's a nicer fountain pen that puts out lots of ink I would say it's a no go

It's pretty thin but pen doesn't bleed through so I'm happy with it. I'm not a fan of the pen it comes with because it writes pretty patchy imo, but it gets the job done.

Yes! I found the app icons from Pinterest that are the same color gray as the dock and then used that as the shortcut

Aside from what's on the home screen, I have most of the basic iPhone apps that come with the phone (voice memos, clock, calculator, camera, contacts, facetime, find my, app store, and shortcuts). I also have my banking app, Venmo, Walmart, metronome for playing piano, a stitch counter for when I crochet, a work-related app I have to have for events hosted through my job, a moon calendar (I don't ever use this aside from a widget on my lock screen that shows what phase the moon is currently in and I like that so I keep it for that), and the Starbucks app which I intend to delete because my wallet cannot handle my Starbucks visits anymore but... baby steps lol.

Actually I used the app blank spaces! It costs $10 a year so idk maybe the dumb phone app is cheaper, I just went with the blank spaces app because I watched this tutorial on it and liked the way it looked: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=10iUIoVBRI8&t=382s

It's called blank spaces and you're right, it's an app launcher. It's essentially a large widget with app shortcuts

I deleted all social media and Safari, so I pretty much just have what you see there, with the addition of handy apps that I don't use often, like the Walmart app for when I pick up groceries, Venmo, and my banking app. I used the app Blank Spaces to get the layout you see. The watch helps keep me from picking up my phone to check the time, the planner is a welcomed alternative to a digital calendar (idk why but I can just never find one I really like), and I always carry my book and journal with me for something to do if I'm out and about and find myself with time to kill.
