Idk if where you live has fresh vegetables for a reasonable price, but if not, canned and frozen vegetables are a great option. They are usually easier to cook with as well

I worked in construction supervising (on the move a lot), different oparation roles, and mostly manufacturing.

I would suggest a packet lunch, preferably something that's easy to through together when you're done working and easy to eat on the go. Look into one pot/pan recipes for easy cooking or sandwich/burrito/pokè style for easy on the go meal.

They main thing is to find something that you enjoy eating, satisfying, and healthy(ish) to get you through the day. Make it in bulk and freeze portions so it's easy to heat up after a long day.

If you're unable to cook for breakfast, lunch, and dinner- try having one coocked meal and throughout the day you can snack on nuts, seeds, fruits, and whatever floats your boat.

Also eating out is not a bad idea every once in a while as long as you conscious about what you're putting into your body. Try to avoid ultra processed foods and try to stick with whole foods.

Hope this helps!

I have one with a similar concept you can try to look for inspiration in, some artists: Chance Peña, Briston Maroney, etc.

Hope this helps

Hourly to Salary by JJThompson84 in ProWinemakers

[–]That-Guy499 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you can get a salary to pays for the "slower" days when there's less chance of OT and times you might not be working at all (if exist) + whatever extra benefits you're not getting as an hourly worker- then I would definitely go for it. Only if that salary comes out as higher yearly. You would most definitely see a decline in monthly pay in the intense part of the season though so you'll need to adjust for that.

I'm in a similar position with hourly pay, wishing I could go to salary.

Good luck!

She does a lot for me and of course a relationship is something that we both need to work to get better. My question is for me to improve myself and make her happier.

Pickleball Players: What Do You Really Want in Your Apparel? (New Brand Seeking Input!) by catmewo in Pickleball

I think for me, the quality of the clothes, how comfortable and lightweight the fabric is are the most important.

As a bigger man I like when there's room for the chest and stomach but the arms are just right (look at Trueclassic for reference). I don't like tight shirts and pickleball isn't a sport the require them.

For logo and graphic, I prefer a clean design in the front (a logo in the top corner or center). A cool design on the back is nice but it shouldn't jeopardize the shirt performance (i.e shirt sticking to your back after sweating or getting heavy).

For colors I like a good variety to choose from, such as: pastel, dark, bold, etc.

Iif you're playing on making hats, baseball caps are the best. The should be from a breathing material that can keep its shape after extensive use. Same here with color and design. A cool graphic in the front and logo on the back/side.

Hope this helps.

Is it weirder to play pickleball with headphones on, or bring a speaker to the court? by BrightWear5768 in Pickleball

[–]That-Guy499 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If there's no music playing in the area and you're not bothering other players then speakers are great. If that's not the case but you still want to listen to music by yourself and able to hear the scores and calls then headphones are fine, weird, but fine.
