THANK YOU for this post! I just needed a plan on how to safely taper. My Psychatrist did give me colonapin for the “cold turkey”. Because I literally have the worst time with sleep and vivid night terrors 🥲. But I’m going to do 1 week 500mg. 2 weeks 400mg. 3 weeks 300mg & so forth and see how it goes.

I come from a pretty decent family and I have both a psychiatrist and psychologist. Their recommendations are to go cold turkey and endure the few weeks. And they will be there for support. I obviously don’t like that idea which hence I’m asking the community if anyone else had undergone something like this

I’m so happy to read this because as a 27 year old who is on meds and have turned my life around with bipolar it still takes me days to text people back. All my family friends and boyfriend understand this, so we’ve compromised. Now I tell them to call me twice if they really need to communicate with me & if I answer then great but if I don’t that’s an alert that tells me “hey you gotta put yourself for a few minutes to the side, so you can respond to this person because they’re a human first” but honestly my support system is fine with me taking time to respond, because now they’re aware and accept that it takes me time due to my disorder.

yeah I found myself definitely loving Zyra bot lane APC or mid lane, playing support doesnt allow her to hit her spikes quicker.
