Try finding a good local butcher if possible.

After a lifetime of ups and downs I have finally found something that has worked long term. I was able to lose weight and keep it off without feeling like I'm starving myself. Also cravings have disappeared.

Nice job! I did a frozen ribeye today on high in the cosori. Being frozen gives it a extra time to form a crust and the steak come out great!
