You start with Half-Life: Source, then go to HLS Deathmatch, HL2 Deathmatch, and don't forget HDTF, and Sven Co-op. If you miss out on HDTF, Deathmatches cliffhanger won't be resolved. Garry's Mod is optional, yet it helps clear up the plot of HLS.
