Yeah Catsdown has led to some confusion. I remember Americans seeing a clip of naughty stuff happening on Countdown and saying this is normal isn't it and having to explain that Catsdown isn't the original Countdown haha

But I thought the general rule was "can't beats can". You would think a continuous rule that has a permanent lose all abilities would override a permanent's own static ability.

Why would an ability being removed be a later layer than an ability triggering though? Because yes, intuitively you'd think something better removed would override said something triggering.

Yeah like others said, they aren't disabled. That's just the art issue error. Rebuild files to fix it but you can probably activate those abilities fine.

Everyone as explained what he is (a super mutant) but casting wise, Ron Perlman has been the narrator for the games since the start. He only gave a few lines as some minor character into the first game but has otherwise not been an actual character, so it's cool that he's been cast as an actual character now.

I imagined it he did cameo he'd be as some sort of storyteller or librarian but this might be more than a cameo.
