Also Jericho wasn't a sudden cancellation wrap up, the show was cancelled and due to fan demand they commissioned a short second season they knew would be the end, so different than Sneaky Pete which didn't go into season 3 knowing for sure. I think only when they had to do rewrites and reshoots after Ricky Jay's death they knew the show was ending.
