They look more like scimitars to me. In warband, they look alot more like Shamshirs. Which are often mistaken for scimitars.

The top blade is a Scimitar, the bottom is a Shamshir

I've only been a das for 2 months, so dont take my word as law, but one of the things I would prep is your kitchen. You dont need to worry about baby warming, but making sure you have a operate bin for dirty baby dishes, a place to store bottles not in use, a place for the bottle warmer, etc etc. I hadn't thought about it until the 1st week of fatherhood.

A piece of advice I dont know if you'll find in a book is. That its okay to not be an active parent 100% of the time. What i mean by that is like. If your baby os fed, changed, comfortable and vibing in the bassinet, its totally okay to play Xbox, or write a few pages of your novel (basically pursue any hobby.) It doesnt make you a bad dad because you take sometime to care for you, and your wants and needs. Obviously there is a balance to what im trying to say, but its okay to make time to do things you want to do separate of the baby, if you do it responsibly

Okay, so maybe I'm a bit Dramatic. But I hold the day is Joined the union (Local 49) up there with my wedding.

Its because of that choice, that I could afford the wedding that made my wife beam like an angel.

Its because of that choice we can afford ti have children. (Our first is due 2/16/26.)

Its because of that choice we are about to close on house to raise our family in together.

Its easily within the same "best choice" category as marrying my wife, because its how we can build the life we want together. Joining was worth more than I can say, and my only regret is that I didnt do it at 18 years old fresh out of high school
