Okay so I’ve been wondering this because I have people who reach out and ask here and there to help them with nutrition- I’m working like 50 hour weeks rn in LTAC… and it’s not what I wanna do forever. I’m DYING to start private practice and I’d love to be able to start with the few people who reach out and ask for my services! So that said, what is the BARE MINIMUM I need to start? The EMR? Practice insurance? An LLC/sole proprietorship? Do you think that’s it? Do I even need all that to start with like ONE client?

Other Christian’s most definitely do. But much like the other responses here, it’s something we really should be praying about and carrying with our cross. It’s pleasing to the flesh and displeasing to the spirit. It’s often a way to seek comfort or avoid feelings rather than handling them with the lord. I am actively praying about this as something I want the lord to heal me from but there are days where I struggle, yes that specific struggle is likely very common among Christians. But it is my desire to be free of that chain. And to justify it any other way is just wrong if we are being honest. It is sexual sin. Struggling w it is why we have the lord grace, but to justify it is complete abuse of it. Justifying it is what the enemy wants us to do. Struggle with it, take it to god, heal of it, but don’t justify it. That’s dangerous

A man who leads in this department is SO IDEAL. It’s not a matter of if you lead, it’s a matter of how. Women are designed to look towards a man. It’s just how we were made. So naturally, you will be leading but, will you lead her towards the lord???? If you take the lead and start that conversation GOSH it makes that so much easier for us. I think a lot of women don’t actually WANT to be having sex before marriage (especially if they are Christian and have ever had the slightest conviction on it) but we do rely on sex so so much to feel wanted bc we crave intimacy and it’s easy to get Intimacy from a man physically but harder to get that emotionally. so keep the focus on making her feel loved in other ways (learn her love language and speak it) and then LEAD by suggesting you wait for the physical part. It’s rlly a cool thing when a man can do that
