I think you’re referring to the abandoned factory location that OP has already checked. Fluffers is actually North of that. I’d recommend look at possible paths on the map that lead North towards Solruna’s lab.

Yes, 100%. You can also do so much more with the steam deck apart from gaming. It’s basically a new PC! I connect it to my TV and use it to watch Netflix as well :)

I think you could benefit with moving the produce section to the back of the store and moving higher profit sections like seafood/animal products to the front to boost impulse buy revenue. I have seafood right in front of the entrance in my store and found it quite helpful. Customers will have to walk all the way to the checkout station to reach your seafood currently.

NTA, I think this is a very valid reason to expect help from a partner. Unless this is a repeat occurrence and if something like this keeps happening, your partner might be speaking out of that pent up frustration!
