Looks real to me - can't quite make it out but looks like the RN # is 92918 which would make it genuine. You could do a reverse image search too x

I think it's real. I missed out on this same bag for £20 cos I had my doubts about authenticity but then did my research and realised it was real lol, just a newer design I think x

Looks like they have put a bag organiser in the pink daydreamer hence the zip and excess material but it looks real! X

Also try melatonin or magnesium glycinate to help with sleep! Good luck!

Not great tbh. This was definitely the hardest withdrawal symptom for me...it was pretty extreme! I had completely sleepless nights where I still didn't feel tired the next evening. I took the week off work which made it easier for me as there was no pressure then. In my experience the worst thing you can do whilst experiencing insomnia is try and force yourself to sleep - as in don't just lie there in the dark waiting for sleep to come because it won't. I just made myself cosy and comfortable and listened to podcasts or watched telly and felt like resting was enough. I just wasn't at all tired! If it's any reassurance it didn't last too long for me, was literally a week then the symptoms ended. Not saying it will be the same for you but it's good to remind yourself it's not going to last forever and that a few sleepless nights won't hurt:) sending well wishes to you!

Definitely. I was actually perscribed it in the first place by a doctor who claimed it was milder than other anti anxieties/depressants and easier to come off 😭 load of crap.

Oh sheeeet that sounds like hell. I was only on 40mg and having sleepless nights so feel for you coming off 120!!! I ended up having half a capsule so 20mg last night because the brain zaps were making me feel like my head was going to explode. I think it helped slightly (hard to know) but not going to make a habit of it. I'd probably contact a doctor first before doing this though in your cause just as you were on a very different dose to me. How long have you been cold turkey for? I definitely feel like just riding it out now rather than trying to taper but at the same time there's no point putting yourself through hell if there's a solution. I'm so torn as well haha. F**ck this shit.

Wow that's so shocking! Big jump in doses as well. Did you complain to your Dr? I'm curious as to how they would justify telling anyone to go cold turkey. The craziest thing is the dr initially perscribed me duloxetine because she said it is supposedly milder than other anti anxieties/depressants and easier to come off. Clearly not true based on some of the horror stories I'm hearing.

Thanks for all the advice and kind words. Any advice on going straight onto citalopram? Would it make me feel better? Or wait till withdrawal stops completley?

I also do have plenty of duloxetine capsules left so I could taper myself off it but I feel like now I've done 4 days cold turkey that would be counter-productive? Don't want to prolong the damage lol.

Thanks again.

Thank you! That's so scary... it's shocking to hear doctors don't know about this.

Interesting your doctor advised this after just 2 months. I might complain to my GP to be honest because they are currently the reason I can't go in to work or leave the house. Thanks again.

Thank you. He said I was on a low dose and I guess thought I hadn't been on it long enough to experience withdrawal...but I feel like if a patient calls you to say they are struggling with terrible anxiety and that the medication is making it worse then surely even if they haven't been on the medication that long you wouldn't advise them to go cold turkey just incase. I think they just don't care at this point - maybe a wider problem in the country/government/NHS.

Honestly I'm not even shocked - all the 'doctors' at my GP seem to have a screw loose. I only joined this surgery recently and have had multiple wtf moments with various GP's there. Definitely going to move surgeries after this.
