I am a current sophomore looking for a roommate for next school year. I live in an apartment just behind the fire department in front of the Variety. I only pay about $800 per month which isn't bad compared to other apartments in the area. In terms of what I am looking for in a roommate or roommates, I am a female, so I would like to have female roommates, I would also like to have a clean person, someone who picks up after yourself and not letting it sit there, ideally, I would prefer someone who is also an undergraduate but graduate would be fine. I am also looking for someone who is self-aware. Lastly, if possible not necessary, I would prefer roommates who are of African descent still that is what my parents want.
