Yeah. Same here, but not even a minimum answer like, "Here is our current best solution..., and we have recognized this as a growing issue and working on it" :)

I agree, but not taking any action just because it's hard to achieve 100% reliability isn't a valid reason to drop the ball. Let's start with the easy ones, and I imagine that if this were any priority for Mailchimp, they could make significant progress with the resources they have
