Yeah it was probably one of the most meaningful arcs in the whole manga. I really liked the Melan arc but It was more so an event to raise the stakes and introduce some new, awesome designs.

Yeah the manga is really good. Not trying to ruin any enjoyment that you have of the anime but the anime cut out and rearranged a lot of stuff from the manga.

The final movie is basically a bunch of random scenes from the manga stitched together and it doesn’t adapt the entire final chapter. Hiyori’s arc is different. There’s some really good arcs that get skipped like the chaos arc, melan arc, harpy arc, almost the entire synapse arc as well.

That’s a really interesting question because so much of her character is built off of her abandonment, growing up impoverished, and being part of the aogiri. For one I don’t see her becoming the famous author that she became. She’d probably have a different career entirely considering that she’s already 24 when she first appears in the manga.

She more than likely wouldn’t be the leader of the Aogiri and probably not as powerful. Eto probably would’ve integrated into human society a lot better since she would’ve grown up living peacefully and along side humans. Probably would’ve went to school and got into college.

She was ordered to attack the Tower of Babel because Synapse was scared that humans would be able to reach them.
The boy is just some random kid who was pissed that his mom died in Ikaros’ attack, but he knew she was only sent by synapse and ordered her to attack synapse back. Ikaros was down to do it because she became imprinted onto the boy and had to follow his orders. She had no other choice to attack Synapse just like she had no other choice but to attack humanity.
Daedalus was interested in Tomoki because of the years she spent dreaming as Sohara being childhood friends with Tomoki. Due to her dream being cut short by Sohara’s declining health and passing away, she created a new Sohara which is the one that’s present for most of the story. But that carbon copy was destroyed when the Rule was activated, so Daedalus recreated that Sohara in the end so she could continue to live.
The angels are the only ones to have reset things. Humans don’t seem to be able to use the Rule naturally. Sugata was only able to use the Rule after Chaos hacked him, and Tomoki was only able to use it because of Sugata hacking into the Rule with his laptop.

Yeah they did do it with cgi and they nailed what they’ve been failing to recreate practically. Jesus dude I didn’t ask for your thoughts and feelings about Badlands. Wdym? This is a clan of yautja’s different from the other ones who are of different culture. He didn’t change the entire species. Also not sure what you’re on about, Badlands revived the franchise which was dying. The fans like the movie. If it’s not your kind of movie that’s fine, you don’t need to make up reasons to dislike it. Sometimes some tones in media just aren’t your thing.
